The acquisition is the fourth site that Popular has acquired since it made its maiden foray into the property business and is in line with its goal to grow its property arm. The track record so far has been credible, with the first two projects, One Robin and 18 Shelford, completed and selling well. Permai Court is a freehold development in District 04 are just minutes away from MRT Station. Permai Court is close to Singapore General Hospital and Mount Faber Park.The other thing of course is its closeness to the MRT station. Being over the road from a station on the NE1 Harbourfront MRT Station, especially this close in to the centre, especially for a new build.
