This is a beautiful long towered building with a beautiful view of sunset from the apartment, it consists of 19 floors and 105 units. The other thing of course is its closeness to the MRT station. Important features of Adria includes its gymnasium room, lap pool, spa pool, 24 hour security, barbeque area, swimming pool, spa pool, open car park. Many schools are at a shorter distance from Adria. The fact that Adria is so close to the MRT – it is a 9 minute walk from Newton MRT Station – it is a huge plus point for this development and will be the reason most people buy. It is also situated quite near to several other MRT Stations such as Novena MRT which is only 14 minutes away from Adria which gives access to the residents of Adria to many different areas of Singapore.
