Quiet and friendly neighbours
Very small community, no drama and foot fall of big condo. Just a few minutes walk to MRT without breaking a sweat in the morning. PCN is great for those who like cycling as well as those joggers. Morning and night is really peaceful without any traffic noise as it is end of the road. Only con is that the facilities is limited, but I guess you got the surrounding neighbourhood as your amenities.

A Little Piece of Heaven
My wife and I rented a unit at Treeline for the past 2 years. We really cannot find anything to complain about. Being newly weds, privacy was of utmost priority and honestly it can't get any better than Treeline. It almost felt like we were on a 2-year honeymoon throughout our stay at Treeline. :) As I work in town, Treeline is highly convenient because it's only 3 mins walk (yea, I actually timed myself!) to Kembangan MRT station. It's with heavy hearts that we are leaving this place (we have found our own home) but we hope that others will enjoy the same experience that we had at Treeline.

Exclusive Yet Convenient
I stayed in this condo for 5+ years. Absolutely love it! It's small (few units) and exclusive, perfect for those who want quiet and privacy. At the same time, it's very close to the Kembangan MRT station, which makes it convenient for those who do not have cars. Other plus points: close to East Coast Park, abundant parking lots, nice neighbours, pretty architecture (one of the prettiest in the neighborhood, even if I do say so myself).
