Sitting on 39,828 sqft of land, the said development was sold as en bloc to Shelford Properties, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings Limited in 2010. Today, the aforementioned land has been developed into an ultra-luxurious condominium named Cluny Park Residence.
