Built in 1982, Goodrich Park is a freehold residential development located along 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D Simon Lane in Hougang (District 19), Singapore. This project was completed by Goodrich Investments Pte Ltd. Information regarding the project and its developer is lacking as the company was dissolved in 2020. The freehold apartment building was sold as an en bloc in 2010.
