Gold Coast Condo

Most units face the pool and has a homely feel. Units are rather large in sizes starting from around 1475 sqft. It comes with basement carpark

Good Enviroment. Good Price

Good environment - relaxing and peaceful. Children will enjoy the facilities. Bus Stops outside Condo.MRT within 4 bus stops away. Near to West Coast Market and Clementi Mall. Vivo City is 4 stations away. Living in the top floor but no leaking. Should buy before price hit $1800psf. Pasir Panjang prices are rising up.7 Eleven with walking distant. Squash Court, Swimming Pool & Gym are some of the facilities. Walking distant to West Coast Park. Ngee Ann Poly, Singapore Poly, NUS, ACS are some of the schools nearby. Only 69 units. Unlike cheaper condos with few hundred units.

Lived here and moved out

Rented a full unit for 2 years. There are several units who are more than 2 years up for sale and or rent. One of the most over priced properties along Pasir Panjang RD. We decided to move out due to: The building has problems with electricity, often we experienced power failures. We had several occasions the roof was leaking. The poor management. Staff is being changed every few months. Poor maintenance in general. The elevators often malfunction, the pool desperately needs a upgrade.The kids play corner is dirty and past its live expectancy. In general, it was a nice Condo when build. Currently there are plenty new developments at west Coast who are better investments and more pleasant to stay!
