Renters Beware
The quality of the common areas has declined significantly, and the management is largely ineffective, enforcing arbitrary rules on nearly everything. If you’re considering a street-facing unit, think twice: there’s major construction underway six days a week across the road, with even more development planned. Agents do viewings on these units on Sunday's on purpose, come back during a work day or a Saturday, you have to keep your windows closed and cannot enjoy your outside patio due to the noise and diesel fumes. A car is essential to get anywhere as there are no public transport links within walking distance for this climate, which wouldn’t be so bad if the vehicle gates weren’t constantly malfunctioning.

Tired, damp development
The houses are all getting tired now and in need of a refurbish. The common facilities are covered in moss and crumbling brickwork. It was probably quite nice when they first built it.
