Dunearn Gardens was developed by Korakuen Amusement Development Singapore Pte Ltd. Incorporated on 23 July 1988, the company wound up voluntarily on 1 July 2017. Their principal activity was renting and leasing of land transport equipment (except cars) without operator N.E.C. (e.g. lorries, trucks, caravans, motorcycles, containers, trailers) with activities of sports clubs/associations and related activities as their secondary activity.

Dunearn Gardens Selling Details

In April 2018, Dunearn Gardens was sold as en bloc to EL Development Pte Ltd, the property arm of Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd for S$468 million. Each apartment owner received a gross sale price of about S$2.69 million to S$7.98 million.
