Most spacious condo in the area
1. Super convenient: 24hr Fairprice opposite the condo, walking distance to SAS and other local schools, 3 bus stops to Civic and Causeway point mall where you can get all you need (including library-I love it!) – if it is not too hot or rain, I also walk there 2. Super spacious: compared with other condos in the area, much more spacious (even has driving lanes in the condo – you can imagine) 3. Excellent community built – neighbours are very friendly 4. Full facilities – even has 2 tennis courts 5. Super peace and quiet for units facing inside

Poor Conditions and Management
The conditions of this condo have seemed to gone down hill in the past few years. The management has let the property decline to unsafe levels. The children's playground is dangerous and there is mold covering the outside buildings. The furniture around the pool is horrible. This place could be so much better.

Residents are great. Everything else, not so
Pros: Close to MRT. Nice neighbors. Cons: Playground structure is falling apart with large holes and sharp rusty metal exposed with high likelihood of hurting children. Pool amenities are falling apart and when removed are not replaced. Pool drainage grates routinely break and leave areas where someone could easily step wrong and become injured. Condo exteriors are dirty and paint is flaking off the walls and ceilings in common areas. Overall there is a steady decline in the overall property that goes I repaired and when concerns are brought up they are dismissed with no repair or plan of repair.
