Most condo, if it is low rise, tend to be 4 o

Most condo, if it is low rise, tend to be 4 or 5 storeys tall, or else, it may be about around 8 storeys and above. Landbay Condo has 6 storeys, quite unusual.

Balinese resort along the beach

Having been here for about half a year now, I can say that I'm loving every second that this place has to offer as a home! Being a relatively small sized development, you do not face competition for facilities, nor feel disturbed by big crowds. I do need a sense of peace in my abode. Management has also recently given this place a fresh coat of paint, and I’m loving the new colour. The facilities have also been kept in a very good condition and residents play their part in keeping the environment clean and neat. The unit itself is very spacious and I do not have to put up with bay windows, bomb shelters or AC ledges that are now cookie-cuttered into the new developments. This has left a lot of room for me to play around with, when I redesigned my home. I also love how accessible it is to the city with the ECP highway just outside the door and direct buses to city centre and Central Business District. The upcoming ERL will also serve to increase the accessibility, though that will only be ready in 10 years time. East Coast road also has restaurants and pubs, all within a stone’s throw away. And yes, the beach is about 10 mins stroll as well. All in all, Landbay comes highly recommended to anyone who enjoys beach-side living and appreciate a quiet/peaceful place where you can read a book by the poolside while sipping your drink (without the screaming kids)!

Wonderful place to stay

I have been renting a unit here for almost 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The location is great as its situated on a quiet street but yet its still close to bus stops, and is walking distance to East Coast Park. The development is very well maintained and with the flowing water, lush gardens and sparkling pool, you really do feel like you are in a tropical Balinese resort. The 3 bed apartments have nice spacious bedrooms and mine in particular was very breezy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a boutique style development in a quiet location.
