layout efficient

i daresay the bedroom at Rivière is spacious enough to fit a cot without any problem when my relatives came over to stay with their little one. efficient layout and you can access the kitchen close to the entrance for easy access to put groceries away. just hope the lifts run faster as sometimes there's some human traffic.

psf should be going up

there is some construction nearby at Zion road for perhaps more new developments, which should drive the psf for Rivière up once they are done. unbeatable location not only at Singapore river but also close to malls like Great World City (with mrt connection there), and nightlife at Robertson Quay just at your doorstep. new place just TOP in 2023.

Family vibes, classy design, central yet peac

Great vibes and well thought out common spaces where kids can play with their friendly neighbours. Right beside the river and perfect for a stroll or jog. Transport is convenient, bus and mrt well connected. Amenities like Zion hawker, restaurants/cafes by Robertson quay, Great World, Orchard just a stop away, Tiong Bahru market just a couple of bus stops away and also easy to get to CBD by bus. Good quality interior and good layout of units makes it very pleasant. I’m growing into this place as days goes by and really taken by the good vibes the good neighbours and friendly staff brings. Have to add, new Bahru and Mohd sultan a short walk away offer great lifestyle options.
