Good place for own stay and investment

Nearby to schools like CIS and Rulang Primary School. More spacious and affordability overall compared to the opposite condo neighbour. There are hawker centres and supermarkets nearby which have affordable options. Security is quite strict so therefore safety is always there. Plenty of parking and swimming pool is nice. And also walk across will be the Jurong Lake Gardens which can be a place for jogging and serenity

Underrated Development in Area Jurong West Ar

This is a well maintained Knight Frank property. Dropped/dead leaves are cleared from ground/pool once/twice daily subjected to weather conditions. Well trimmed hedges & trees. Wooden flooring around pool free from water stains most of time. Numerous water fountains keep mosquitoes away, so are the light reflectors keeping away birds with their droppings. Plenty of parking lots. Friendly staff from the guards to the cleaning aunties. Yes it can be noisy in pool/BBQ area in evening, but it also means facilities are actually being used unlike other condos mostly for show. One has to stay here to know what it's like vs other places out there. The low number for sale/rent is with multiple nationalities tenant is a testament to how good this estate is.
