spacious units, practical layout

been staying at Evergreen Park condo for almost 4 yr already and honestly no regrets. It's an older condo (1999) but the units are much bigger compared to the newer launches nowsadays. viewed a few newer projects before buying and the bedrooms there were really small. compared to practical layout here and bay windows tt actually make the rooms feel more spacious. (idk how but love it). only downside is that Hougang MRT still need to walk or take a short bus ride. overall still very happy with our purchase.

nice environment of Evergreens

condo mgmt of Evergreen Park has put in effort over the years. they repainted the blocks, upgraded the lifts and the common areas look much fresher. maintenance fees are also quite reasonable considering the facilities. pool is big, function room is spacious and plenty of open space for kids to run around. actually, they spend quite a lot of time downstairs and hardly at home -.- LOL. oh ya, the back gate. can easily walk out to coffeeshops, minimart and other neighbourhood shops. PCN to sg srgn reservoir also just nearby too so its nice for evening walks or cycling along the river. also very windy most of the day because of the open surroundings.

1999 is a good thing

moved here from a newer condo and surprisingly I prefer Evergreen Park more. altho is 1999 and quite old but dun seem rundown. estate always neat and clean. spacious living room, bedrooms and even the balcony. much bigger than my previous stay. relaxing views with breeze. for drivers, parking is something you nv need to worry about. i think we have as many lots as ppl living here? maybe issue is cannot find car cos v big.personally I think this condo is quite underrated. good value if want larger space without paying crazy prices.
