Great location & view
Location is unbeatable, 3 bus stops to cbd, plenty of food options , near to Suntec , Marina Square, City Hall for shopping. Condo size is great with good view and onsite maintenance crew for any handy work (plumbing, change light bulbs and aircon servicing). Lobby concierge is my fav to help receiving my parcels and dry cleaning.

Lower floor unit extremely noisy
The ventilation shaft fan noise is constant, loud and jarring inside the unit. Also skirting outside master bedroom makes a pinging sound everytime it rains.

Extremely noisy
Every night it is like live in a night club, non stop disco. It is so noisy that it’s like the whole building is shaking.
