Located at Holland Road, 258859 in District 10, Aura Park is a freehold condominium development and was built in the year 1987. This property was developed by Holland Park Development Pte Ltd and was sold to Lippo Group for S$55.5 million in the year 2007 through a collective sale.

With that, each house was estimated to sell for about S$1.9 million. The 35,724 square feet freehold site was redeveloped to a 4-storey apartment development — The Holland Collection and was completed in the year 2011.
