in the middle of Bugis

I’ve stayed at Burlington Square for about a year and the location is fantastic. Rochor MRT is just a short walk, and Bugis, Little India and Dhoby Ghaut are all pretty easy to reach. After work, with so many food choices nearby, from cheap local stuff to restaurants around Arab Street and Bugis. Sim Lim Square is also nearby if you need electronics or random IT things. The mall downstairs is abit quiet and old school, but actually I like that because no crazy crowds and there's interesting watch and souvenir shops.

a spot of chill in busy SG

Everything is nearby Burlington Square; MRT, supermarkets, restaurants, Bugis shopping and even Little India. But the apartment is generally quiet despite being in such a busy part of town, which was a nice surprise. It's lowkey kinda sleepy actually. The downside is the age of the building (1998). Some common areas look quite tired and the carpark is narrow and not so good for bigger cars. Facilities are not fantastic though. Gym is also small and the slot-based booking system is troublesome. Still, for city living and convenience, quite hard to complain lah.

Endless choices around

We really enjoy it here at Burlington Square. Location is super good, can walk to Rochor MRT in just few mins and Bugis is nearby for shopping and makan. Choices are endless; we never really run out of things to do. Once inside the unit, you dont really hear the busy traffic outside. Small mall downstairs, not very happening but enuf for daily needs and besides we have the wider area with everything. Pool is decent and the surroundings are quite peaceful. Building is older but I like the old-school character.
