You can park your car directly in your apartment, which is super awesome. It comes with a heavy price tag for such convenience and luxury, which most people cant afford

Prestigious Scotts Road address. The only condo in Singapore that has a private car garage 'in the sky' or next to every apartment. However, do note that owners cannot access into his car through his own garage directly even though it is parked next to his own living room
