  Hi, we are a SPR couple and looking for one 2Br or 3BR unit. However, the total cash amount that we have now is roughly $110k and CPF is just $20k. And I understand that the total downpayment + Stamp Duty +MISC fee needed is roughly 28%. 1. Does it means that we are not qualified for the purchase? Or any intro which is affordable by us? 2. We need to make the total of 28% payment once we booked the unit? 3. When we should start to apply for loan with bank? 4. Please send me the brochure to me if possible. Thank you.
