  We live on the 26th floor and the noise is quite bad. In recent months it's gotten worse. Zouk does little or nothing to stop people making extreme noise in their car as they leave, people screaming/fighting outside the club and people partying near the river. If agents are telling you there is no noise problem they either don't know or are lying.

  replying to the question about noise at Tribeca from Zouk - we are tenants and on saturday night it was very noisy after midnight even on a high floor. if you sleep with a fan or AC it drowns the noise out enough to sleep. there is no music noise, just a lot of people hanging about and having a good time!

  I saw the Tribeca review mentioning about the noise from Zouk, and some friends that looked round recently heard about this issue. Can any residents confirm that this is true? Apparently some agents are willing to showing prospective tenants around late night to check the noise - on a Monday!
