  Have considered getting a unit in hillview but later decided against it when I looked at the poor rental in that area. Although I am buying for own stay, the rental data does play an important part to me coz it reflects the true value of the property. If rental is poor and the asking prices are high, there will be red flags.

  Hi.I had gone to see a unit for sale at Hillington Green. There were plenty of hairline cracks in the unit. Even on the ceiling. The cracks were also visible on the tiles in bathroom and kitchen. I was told that this is common. I'll like to seek advice on whether this is true and what precautions I should take when buying such a unit, if I buy it at all...
