  This is to share our very bad experience with the owners of a unit at Hillcrest Arcadia on Arcadia Road. They have not refund us our 2 months deposit despite the fact that the flat was perfectly maintained and never responded any of our emails regarding the claim. We feel that they have been dishonest and had no intention whatsoever to refund the deposit. Also their agent has not been helpful at all. How other ways can we solve this issue?
