  I was renting a whole unit condo under the 2 years lease. About a year after i handed the house to my ex fiance and remove my name. The agent was supposed to give me back the deposit money. She didnt return me the money because my fiance said that i owed my fiancee so theres no need to return it to me. Is this right?
