  We are contemplating to buy a 4-bedroom at Boathouse Residences for $1.4mil - $1.5mil for own stay, what do you think, is it value for money? We really like the layout but find the the facilities may not be enough e.g. only 1 pool and the gym is tiny. We are also not very familiar with the amenities surrounding it? Looks a bit "ulu". What do you think?
