Project Details

This large development in rapidly transforming Eunos, is in effect three condos in one. Grand Parc, in the centre of the project site, exudes classy elegance and is designed along the lines of an upmarket hotel complete with a stately foyer and arrival hall. This is flanked by the other two, namely East and West Parc.

East Parc boasts much of the sophistication of its central neighbour, but it comes with its own low key, relaxed vibe. Lush greenery and a tranquil environment provide the perfect background to unwind, relax and – if you prefer – socialise, in a more informal setting. Finally, West Parc is more family and activity orientated.

Launched in the fourth quarter of 2018, sales have been consistent and encouraging. All unit types are still available, but the five-bedders are becoming scarce. The showflat is located next to the site and has four units on show.

3 Bedroom + Study/Flexi Room (958 sq ft)

The kitchen feels more spacious than the square footage probably suggests, courtesy of the sink and cooker being separated. The glass window overlooking the dining and lounge areas also helps and lets in light. A feature that is evident throughout all of the units is the amount of storage available. The kitchen features large cabinets at floor and head level.

All of the appliances – the large free-standing fridge, the washer/dryer, the built-in gas hob, cooker hood and oven – are from SMEG, while the stainless steel sink is from Franke and the mixer set is Hansgrohe.

The dining and living areas are easily large enough to have two distinct spaces. They lead out to the large balcony, further enhancing the feeling of space and light.

Parc Esta 3-bedder

The dining and living areas are spacious and lead out to a large balcony.

The hallway leads off from the lounge to the other rooms, but unlike that in many developments, it does not feel dark and unwelcoming. Instead, it entices you to see more of what the unit has to offer.

The second and third bedrooms are not huge but are certainly not pokey. They easily accommodate a single bed or bunk bed, with plenty of space left over. They both have built-in wardrobes.

The master bedroom unquestionably lives up to its name. It is over 20 square metres in area. Its built-in wardrobe comes with smart storage elements that make the most of its size.

The good-sized master bathroom has marble flooring and counter tops. The wall cabinets come with integrated lighting. The high-end sanitary fittings are from Hansgrohe, the fixtures from Villeroy & Boch.

2 Bedroom + Study (840 sq ft)

The front door opens into a small hallway which gives privacy to those in the kitchen and living areas.

The kitchen again overlooks the dining area, with the Franke stainless steel sink complete with Hansgrohe mixer on its own solid surface counter top. There is plenty of storage, despite the integrated SMEG fridge and washer/dryer.

On the other side, again within a solid surface counter top, there is the built-in SMEG induction hob, cooker hood and oven.

The study is worthy of its name, easily big enough for someone who works from home.

Parc Esta 2-bedder and study

The study area is big enough to install a large desk and still have ample space to move around.

The second bathroom is large and features the same high-end fixtures and fittings as the master bathroom.

Likewise, the second bedroom is a nice size, easily big enough for a double bed.

The main bedroom and its en suite are both stacked with smart features prevalent throughout the development.

1 Bedroom + Study (517 sq ft)

An indication of the philosophy that runs through the whole of Parc Esta, is the quality, the size and the attention to detail that is evident in all of the units, not just the premium, or larger ones. That is very much the case with the one-bedders.

The spacious, open kitchen comes with plenty of storage, solid surface counter tops, Franke stainless steel sink, Hansgrohe mixer, SMEG integrated fridge, washer/dryer, built-in induction hob, cooker hood and oven. This is not designed simply as a place in which to open takeaways.

The lounge and dining room area is big enough for a small dining room table and a good-sized settee. A perfect space to unwind and relax.

The bedroom easily accommodates a double bed or larger and comes with a built-in wardrobe complete with smart storage features.

Parc Esta 1-bedder

The bedroom can easily accommodate a queen size bed.

5 Bedroom + Private Lift

All eighteen five-bedders with private lift units are housed in one block. The private lift offering that extra level of privacy and security.

The lounge and dining area really is an impressive size. The area including the overlooking open dry kitchen covers almost 32 square metres. Add into that the adjacent balcony and it offers a vast area for entertaining or simply enjoying family life.

The unit has a separate wet and dry kitchen, both large and feature heavy. The dry one features high and low storage cabinets, integrated lighting and a solid surface counter top. It also boasts smart mirrors and a SMEG wine chiller.

The wet kitchen is where you will find the the large free-standing SMEG fridge, the SMEG built in gas hob, cooker hood and oven.

Parc Esta 5-bedder

The dry kitchen features high and low storage cabinets, integrated lighting and a solid surface counter top.

The large utility room houses the SMEG washer/dryer.

The common bathrooms (two) are roomy with the fixtures and fittings featured throughout the development. The smaller bedrooms are able to accommodate a single bed/bunk bed as well as a good-sized desk.

The second largest bedroom is the junior master bedroom and comes with its own impressive en suite bathroom.

The third bedroom easily converts into a study area and provides a room that’s big enough for someone working from home, or is looking for a quiet space in which to unwind and catch up on some reading.

The eastern part of Singapore may have been ignored in recent years, but that is certainly no longer the case. This neighbourhood and many surrounding it are being transformed into a dynamic enclave that has the advantage of being close to both the joys of the East Coast and the city itself.

Eunos MRT station

Eunos MRT station is a short walk away from Parc Esta.

The development is just across the road from Eunos MRT station. On the East-West Line, the station is just seven stops from the CBD and Marina Bay Sands; nine stops from Orchard; five from Bugis Junction; five from Changi Airport and two from many people’s favourite food court in Singapore – the Old Airport Road Food Centre.

Education-wise, the area delivers too. Haig Girls and Eunos Primary Schools are both less than a kilometre from the project. Seven more are less than 2km away.

Eunos bus interchange

There’s a bus interchange nearby offering bus services that cover the island.

The bus interchange is located across the road, next to the MRT station, while the KPE and ECP are both within easy reach of Parc Esta.

Parc Esta is located on the former Eunosville en bloc site. Launched for sale in November 2018, prices start from around $698,000 for the smallest unit. This is considered attractive as prices at Park Place Residences, the last residential project to launch in the area, start from about $900,000. There is no getting away from the fact that Parc Esta is a large development with getting on for 1,500 units. The clever way that MCL Land has designed it however, with the three distinct areas – three condos in one if you like, means that it should not feel too big or impersonal.

One thing that hits you when you walk through the showflat, and this is not something that happens very often despite the best intentions from those who decorate them, is that all the units feel like they could be a home. Somehow, they don’t feel like one of the many cookie cutter interiors that are rampant throughout the island. These are somewhere where you could and would want to live.

Nice touches are prevalent in all of the units. They also have plenty of storage throughout. Time and effort has gone into the design of these. That shows, and it is that which sets them apart from much of its competition. Eunos looks set to become a new destination in Singapore, and Parc Esta will be right at the forefront of making that happen.
