Project Details

You know you’re getting a luxury home with a peaceful location when it’s located in District 10…and also when the property has “Jervois” on it.

Promising prestige, convenience, and tranquillity, Jervois Treasures is the latest freehold residential project by Fragrance Treasures, a subsidiary of Fragrance Group.

Calling this project “luxurious” and “exclusive” is an undersell. Yes, it’s surrounded by some of Singapore’s more esteemed neighbourhoods (read: Orchard, River Valley, Alexandra, Tanglin and Dempsey), but the project is also located on the quiet cul-de-sac area of Jervois Road, promising privacy in a prominent neighbourhood.

Furthermore, Jervois Treasures come with units that are well-designed and equipped with the highest premium touches. Considering how these attributes are condensed into a singular block (and just 5 floors), is impressive.

The development offers a good mix of unit types ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments that range from 506 sq ft to 1,227 sq ft in floor area. If you’re looking for something even bigger and more luxurious, there is a penthouse unit available, spanning 1,432 sq ft.

The list of facilities available in this development include a swimming pool, playground, function room, outdoor gymnasium and barbeque deck.

Living Room

One of the selling points of the project is the efficient design layout and spacious living area. The units are designed to make the most out of livable space and prevent space wastage or unusable corners.

For the show unit, the interior design is based on a metropolitan look that features elements like metallics, mirrors, shiny and reflective surfaces, copper accents, and dramatic lighting fixtures to exhibit glamour and warmth throughout the house.

Kitchen

Meanwhile, the kitchen is also optimised for efficiency, largely thanks to the premium, pull-out cabinets by Blum. These cabinets offer great flexibility and storage management, turning the kitchen into a storage oasis.

The kitchen-laundry area also comes included with integrated appliances from De Dietrich, including a kitchen hood, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer combo, fitting 2 machines in one space-saving way.

Bedrooms

Most modern bedroom layouts are plagued by space limitations (you have your back against the wall after placing the bed), but there’s no such problem here; the master bedroom and common bedrooms are spacious enough to fit a king-size and a queen-size bed respectively with plenty of room to spare. And they also come included with a stylish, built-in wardrobe with sliding doors.

Bathrooms

The common bathroom comes installed with sanitary ware from Duravit (we told you it was all premium). And we’re talking about the top-end fittings that are made in Germany here, not the kind that carries the brand’s name but is instead made in countries like Vietnam or China.

Bathroom fittings are from high-end fittings from Hansgrohe too, so you’re really paying for premium accessories.

This fitting in the master bathroom is even more artistic, not the run-of-the-mill fittings you see every day.

Location

The Jervois neighbourhood is a prestigious one, located in District 10 (one of the most sought-after by home buyers and investors), it’s close to the River Valley, several good class bungalows (GCBs), and surrounded by esteemed neighbourhoods in Singapore.

The condominium project is being developed on the former site of Lotus @ Jervois, which was acquired en bloc by Fragrance Group in March last year for $46.3 million.

But prestige aside, the project has no shortages of amenities including parks such as Tiong Bahru Park and Singapore Botanic Gardens. There’s also a list of shopping malls around like Valley Point, Great World City, Tiong Bahru Plaza. The Alexandra Linear Park is also nearby, which connects with the Alexandra Park Connector and stretches from Tanglin Road to Zion Road.

For those who drive, there’s easy access to several expressways, and you can get to Orchard Road within five minutes, and to the Central Business District under 10 minutes. The development is also situated close to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and the Central Expressway (CTE), which provide accessibility to the rest of Singapore.

There are also several top schools within close proximity: Gan Eng Seng Primary School, River Valley Road Primary School, Queenstown Primary School, Crescent Girls’ Secondary School, Alexandra Primary School, Henderson Secondary School and more. Best yet, they are within a 2-kilometre radius.

Foodies who can’t live without their local food will be pleased to know that there are a handful of local hawker centres dotted around the development such as Tiong Bahru Market, ABC Brickworks Market & Food Centre, Redhill Blk 85 Food Centre, and Bukit Merah View Market & Food Centre.
