Terms & Conditions
• Minimum of 3 months stay with no pretermination.
• Rate is subject to GST.
• Please note that apartment and rate will be subject to availability upon confirmation. No apartment is being held at this moment.
• Guest(s) must be at least 18 years of age with a valid photo identification to check in, otherwise the property reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodation to the guest(s).
• Check in time is 1500hrs and check out time is 1200 noon.
• We accept credit/debit card, secured online payment, mobile payment, and electronic bank transfer as payment, upon check-in.
• Extension of stay is subject to room availability and rate revision.
• Pre-termination on Monthly rated stays are strictly not allowed.
• Advance rental (including GST) and security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rental is required for leases from 3 to 6 months, prior to guest’s arrival.
o Advance rental (including GST) and security deposit equivalent to 2 month’s rental is required for leases more than 6 months, prior to guest’s arrival.
o Cancellation or amendment of reservation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date for stays of 30 nights and above.
o Please note that a pet levy applies to guests staying with pets.
o Parking is available at a charge.
