1) Stamp Duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
2) $50 Admin Fee
3) $30 Exit Cleaning Fee

*Recurring Payments:*
1) $50 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair cost, bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)

Things to take note:

If interested to take up the room, to place a *non-refundable* booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.)
