About Zac Huang:
I joined the real estate business soon after my National Service at the age of 23, formerly from the SAF Commandos. I knew I wanted to own a business of my own in future, thus I decided to venture into real estate, seeing that it is an evergreen industry and the fact that it is one of the highest earning sectors.
My initial year in the real estate industry was tough as I was young and did not have much savings. Burnt my ship, the only way then was to work doubly hard. Money was spent on the business, petrol and food. With only a motorbike, there was nothing much for me to lose while I start exploring into this business.
One major challenge when I started the business was my zero experience in sales. Many people doubted what a 23 year old boy will do to their million dollar property. Therefore, it made me focus on providing customers with excellent service, so as to create customer value and satisfaction. I always believe in setting win-win situations where I put my clients and property consultants before myself.
Being one of the youngest achiever in a Real Estate industry, I achieved the position of an ERA Division Director in four and half years, probably the shortest in the ERA history. I achieved more than $3.0 Million team sales when promoted. I have maintained my Top Achievers position consistently ever since then. I also achieved numerous management awards throughout the real estate journey. Now a Senior Group Division Director, leading the ERA No.1 most successful group, PREEMINENT GROUP.
Being a real estate trainer, I have sucessfully trained almost 1000 real estate professionals. I am currently leading more than 700 real estate agents under my wing. I constantly motivate, encourage and think up fresh ideas for my property consultants so that we are able to overcome obstacles and succeed together.
