Coming from a humble background, he started working at 15 and paid his way through university, an experience that shaped his practical and disciplined approach to money and long-term planning. He later graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Degree in Real Estate (Honours, Distinction), combining real-world perspective with strong professional fundamentals.
In 2024, Tong Boon transacted over 100 properties in a single year, spanning HDB, condominium and landed homes.
Today, he co-leads the Upgrading Division, working closely with HDB upgraders and home buyers. His approach is straightforward and client-first: clear planning, honest advice, and a fixed-fee model that makes professional guidance accessible without compromising on quality.
