William joined the Industry with years of experience as Head of Department for a major industrial landlord overseeing the Group's extensive real estate portfolio across Singapore including its operational, facility management and leasing teams.

He had previously participated in various aspects of real estate including developing of new sites, redevelopment projects and even extensive revamping of use for existing buildings.

His hands-on experiences and extensive market network gained over the decade contributes greatly in being able to carefully select and offer the best properties to match his clients' needs.

William is bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
