William Tan believes that great real estate is about more than just numbers — it is about understanding people, recognising potential, and knowing how to tell the right story.
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding and communications, William brings a different perspective to property. He combines market knowledge and strategy with a strong eye for presentation, design and storytelling — an approach he describes as the **Art & Science of Property Marketing**.
For William, a property is never just a listing. Every home has something that makes it special, and his job is to uncover that value, position it well and help the right buyer see it.
His passion for design and home staging has naturally become an important part of his work. From rethinking how a space is presented to developing a stronger marketing story around a home, William believes that thoughtful presentation can fundamentally change the way a property is experienced.
At the heart of his approach, however, is good advice.
Whether he is helping someone sell a long-time family home, purchase their next property or navigate an important life transition, William believes a good realtor should provide more than a transaction. He should bring clarity, perspective and the confidence to make better decisions.
Having made his own career transition after more than two decades in marketing, William also understands that life — and our housing needs — rarely follows one fixed path. He is a strong advocate for more inclusive conversations around home ownership and believes that the right property decision should ultimately support the life someone wants to live.
Outside of transactions, William regularly shares his views on property, marketing, home staging, design and the evolving role of the modern real estate professional.
He has been featured in **EdgeProp Singapore, The Edge, Stacked Homes, Home & Decor, Esquire Singapore and The Financial Coconut podcast**.
For William, property may be measured in square feet and dollars — but **home is ultimately about people**.
