My name is Weeko Lee. I have been a property agent for past 12 years. I have assisted dozens of clients analyse, plan, upgrade and seek their dream home or progress to own more than 1 property. As a Singaporean, I also have upgraded my first HDB home to a private property.

Subsequently, I proceeded with Asset Progression Planning for myself, allowing me to upgrade twice and profited twice.

However, investing in properties is not always a bed of roses. Not all property transactions are profitable & I have personally witnessed individuals making deals that resulted in million dollar losses. In a nutshell, property investment is never buying with emotion.

One of the key factors that investors look out for is property with a good location. Is it true that location is the most important factor? Agents who are trained to buy & sell do not always have the experience & knowledge of a viable property investment.

I do my research by referring to reports from property analysts, Singapore White Paper & Master Plan. At the same time, I am active on the ground handling sales & rentals.
