Being with a small agency so i have to learn to do everything on my own. I advanced my career in the corporate sector holding various positions in business development and general management. Through the years, I helped businesses and individuals find opportunities in the market and with my knowledge of market trends and legal requirements, gaining the support, confidence and trust from my clients. Through the last two decades, i have seen how real estate cycles and asset price appreciation as well as slowdowns and downturns have presented both opportunities and challenges to business operators and individuals. Working with real estate as well as real estate investment products in the past many years has also taught me the importance of treating each client as an individual human being. While it is motivating to be performance driven, it is also critical to balance this by fostering a professional relationship built on trust and understanding. My experience in the marketing industry and my earlier corporate career has provided me with the sales acumen to serve more people in the real estate industry. Aside from marketing and communication skills, my many years in direct sales exposure and coporate management experience has taught me how to better understand and manage expectations and needs, respect and treat people well, always learning from those i meet, to give my best in serving them with sincerity and be a blessing to many.
