Serve from the heart – my heart has always been my guidance in serving my clients. It is simple – any house that I will not buy, I will not recommend it to my clients too.

Having been in this industry for 6.5 years now, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge spanning across HDB, Condominiums and Landed Properties in Singapore.

As of today, I am also serving developers buying land for rebuilding and have accumulated a database of good lands available in Singapore. I work hand in hand with developers, architects and surveyors to analyze plots of land in Singapore and propose a price strategy to my clients for their consideration.

At the heart of this business is understanding the psychology behind speaking and managing people. This is especially so in our line of work where I am faced with buyers, sellers and developers. Each category of these people have their conerns and objections in the process of a sale or purchase. I am a good listener and a good negotiator who strives to achieve a happy buyer and happy seller scenario at the end of the day.

In 2019, I have also been selected as cream of the crop to be awarded a five-year ambassadorship in PropNex. Ambassadors are selected by a set of stringent criteria which includes notable sales, having a good reputation and recognition of high quality service provided to clients.
