Thomas graduated from **Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia**, with a **Bachelor of Commerce**. He also holds diplomas in **Mechanical Engineering** and **Semiconductor Technology** from **Singapore Polytechnic** and **Temasek Polytechnic** respectively. In addition, he holds the **Certificate in Real Estate Sales (RES)** and has completed extensive professional training with ERA to continually enhance his expertise and better serve his clients.
Before embarking on his real estate career, Thomas accumulated more than **28 years of leadership experience** with leading French and American multinational corporations, where he held senior positions including **Regional Sourcing Manager** and **Materials Manager** in the oil and gas industry. His extensive background in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, engineering, and commercial negotiations enables him to analyse opportunities objectively and negotiate effectively for the benefit of his clients.
A resident of the Tampines–Bedok area since 1992, Thomas enjoys running and cycling around Bedok Reservoir. In his leisure time, he is also an avid gamer and long-time fan of **World of Warcraft**.
