My path has never been linear—but always intentional. I’ve journeyed through two life-shaping disciplines: education and real estate. Practised in sync, these fields have allowed me to guide individuals, families, and businesses through pivotal decisions—with clarity, foresight, and conviction.
As a former international school principal and curriculum designer, I led schools in Singapore and China, including setting up new institutions from the ground up. Alongside that, I built a parallel practice in property—specialising in industrial and commercial spaces across logistics, manufacturing, bioscience labs, cleanrooms, IT, F\&B and more. I’ve worked closely with JTC, landlords, and major tenants, backed by deep knowledge of B1/B2 usage, asset planning, and business operations.
