Mr Steve Liu is a current practitioner who had transacted numerous real estate sales and leasing cases and he is also a trainer in Singapore Estate Agents Association where he is teaching new real estate salesperson examination courses and conducting existing CPD courses for existing real estate salespersons.

Presently, he holds various appointments as Head of Business Unit looking after a team of 50 salespersons, In House Core Activity CPD trainer and Residential Project IC in an estate agent that is part of an international property consultancy.

Steve has been a real estate practitioner for more than 7 years and has vast experience in sale and leasing
of public and private residential properties as well as project sales of residential properties.
