Stella Thio is a well-known figure amongst the top producers at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. She was a former Senior Dealing Director at the largest securities firm in Singapore.

She is able to advise on the pros and cons of the various real estate developments, especially in the Core Central Region, and has the ability to highlight the pitfalls of real estate investment, if not done correctly.

Stella is also a strong advocate for the well-being of her associates and real estate salespersons as a whole. For the last few years she has been the inaugural chairperson for PropNex’s “union'' called the RES (Real Estate Salespersons) Chapter. She and the Committee are tasked to work closely with SISEU (Singapore Industrial and Services Employees’ Union) under the umbrella of NTUC to discuss ways to protect agents against unfair practices.
