He continued with his career in the National University Health System as a Senior Assistant Manager, Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) as a Senior Executive Manager, and Ministry of Trade and Industry as a Senior Assistant Director. In 2015, Kok Hin bought a 5-bedroom Executive Condominium (EC) at Sol Acres, through a friend’s recommendation. Prior to that, Kok Hin was rather clueless about property, and had no idea how he could leverage on property to grow his wealth. In fact, he didn’t even know that he could afford any other kinds of properties, apart from HDB. Since the purchase of his EC, he has developed a huge passion for property. After shifting into his new EC, he had a great sense of fulfillment, of being able to provide a better living environment for his loved ones. Having seen the benefits of how property can improve one’s standard of living and growing one’s wealth, he decided to follow his passion and leave the corporate world after 18 years, and go full-time into the property industry as a Real Estate Salesperson. He has a strong desire to help more people gain a better understanding of how to leverage on property to grow their wealth, and achieve a better living environment.
