With more than 16 years in Real Estate, Sean is a strong advocate for asset progression through prudence and he has handled many real estate portfolios for his clientele in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. His previous profession as an Architectural Associate has also equipped him with deep knowledge and discipline in the construction industry. Sean’s clients were able to tap onto his wealth of experience, as well as benefit from his sharing of relevant information and market trends to make better decisions.
As a certified ACTA trainer, Sean has conducted several workshops and CPD trainings for fellow agents in the industry. Currently leading a team of top producers, many newly joined RES have benefitted from his personable mentorship and guidance. They have made huge progress in their salaries, clocking consistent 5-figure commissions on a monthly basis. This was achieved using a rigorous and systematic approach in prospecting and the art of negotiation & closing.
In addition, Sean has been a consistent Top 5% Producers throughout every year with Propnex, winning Top HDB Transactor Award, Platinum Achiever Award and Top 10 Team Leaders Award.
