Sean Tan XY holds a Bachelors of Science (Real Estate) degree with Honors & Entrepreneurship from the National University of Singapore (NUS), granting him extensive knowledge in Planning, Development, and other facades of the Real Estate business above and beyond the typical RES course.

Sean’s past experience include Commercial Leasing at a SGX Mainboard listed REIT, dealing with prime shopping centers and grade-A office towers. He also has experience in luxury hotel development with a local developer.

Sean practices under the mentorship of Marcus Luah Division, Propnex’s top performing division, dealing with all HDB estates, and new and resale private properties.
