Having been in the Real Estate business since 2005, I am fully conversant with all aspects of Residential sales and rentals for Landed properties, Condominiums / Apartments and HDB transactions. I have also transacted Commercial & Industrial sales and leases for my corporate clients. Besides handling transactions personally, I now lead a small team of Real Estate agents who specialize in various geographic segments of Singapore, by providing direct training, coaching, mentoring and advisory services to them - some of whom have been able to make it to the Top Producers' List.
