My Background before Real Estate: I'm a Masters degree holder in IT and worked in different MNCs in Banking, Metal, Semi Conductor and Marine Industries.

Later I stepped into the real estate world in 2014 and have been serving a wide array of clients. My top priority is to ensure that my Real Estate Consulting and Property Wealth Planning services add value to all my clients.

Currently I'm more focused and specialized in Landed property sector. Has a track record of Selling Challenging properties.

However, I helped many clients in other sectors like HDB, Private and Commercial sectors too.

I have built strong network and understand people's needs, real estate is not just about houses alone, it's about people, emotions and their dream homes.

I'm currently holding position as a Senior Associate Director in Propnex Realty Pte Ltd.

I'm someone who is committed, professional and can showcase my expertise and ability to identify my client’s needs. I'm not a typical Buy Sell or Rent agent, I will provide consultation expertise to all my clients on Asset progression and retirement plan.

In my opinion, The real estate career is not just about selling more properties or Earning more commissions. More importantly, sharing current market trends, reports and provide the best market insights and unbiased recommendations to the people I serve.
