Hi, Good day. Let me introduce myself. I have been a real estate agent since 2011 - wow have I seen changes in the market and the profession. I live in north part of SINGAPORE. All of the area's that I cover, but my most client base from Sembawang, Yishun, Woodlands, Sengkang, Punggol, Ang Mo kio , Hougang and central districts.
I love the business of Real Estate and from the first moment I started in the business I decided I would treat all my client with full of professionalism and help them with my best interest. I feel very responsible to my clients (buyers and sellers & landlord, Tenants) to strive to help them obtain their real estate goals.
The majority of my business is from past clients and referrals from friends and clients. I have been getting most possive feedback from my clients since I have startted my career in this property field Whiich is one of my biggest strength to get referals from my clients .
I work on all types of properties – but my main focus on HDB selling ,buying, rental and private residential rentals.
I belonged to a real estate mentor group where we shared ideas, tips and techniques. We would learn about each other market, goals and ways of doing their business. Today we send each other referrals. I would love to hear about you and your market place. We are dedicated and our group marketing will show the quick result to you.
