We wish to commend Nicholas Oh in helping us on our purchase of North Park Residences in Dec.17. Prior to that, I have actually met Nicholas on Jan.17 at the North Point City Shopping mall road show on NPR. Then we were not ready to purchase NPR as we had yet to sell our condo which was rented out. However, Nicholas had been patiently updating us on the progress of the development and the available units. One thing we like about him is he is very helpful with getting all the information we needed and is very patient in addressing my concerns on traffic noise, pests on ground floor unit and fengshui issues, etc.
He was able to accompany us on site to assess the traffic noise and was sincere and not too "pushy". His turn around time to get the information we needed was fast too. Subsequently, we went on to see other projects with other agents for a few months but when we decided to purchase NRP, we looked for Nicholas again as we remembered the "hardwork" he has done on NPR.
As a result, we would highly recommend him to any buyers or sellers as we are confident that he will be able to assist them in a professional manner and with little "human" touches like going out of his way to ensure that all concerns are addressed.
