Maureen Kang

Maureen has been in the real estate industry since 2008 and has experienced the different cycles and various aftermath of every cooling measures since.

She was legally trained. Upon graduating, she worked in a law firm and after several years moved on to an MNC, overseeing corporate governance.

Subsequently, Maureen ventured into the real estate industry and started of with dealing with properties in the Core Central Region, namely in Districts 1, 2, 9, 10 & 11.

With her legal background, Maureen was able to value add to her clients as she was very detailed with analyzing market reports and contracts.

During any sale and purchase process, Maureen will assist buyers to review the option to purchase. After any purchase, Maureen will also assist to rent out the property if the client had bought it for investment purposes. She will ensure that the Tenancy Agreement is properly drafted and covers all grounds protect the client.
