In the past 12 months, he has closed a series of notable transactions, including two 5-storey buildings along Lavender Street and in the Ubi area, units in Enterprise Industrial Building and Amtech Building, new launch and resale condos, semi-detached house, and retail leasing in Marine Parade Central, amongst others. The successful transactions are testament of his all rounded competence and the trust his clients placed in him.
