MARK KONG’S PROFILE

Mark was professionally trained as an engineer and has a Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is also a professionally certified real estate salesperson in Singapore and licensed with local real estate agency governing body Council of Estate Agents (CEA). Currently he practices real estate business with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, the largest international agency in Asia Pacific with a 16,800 strong network of salespersons around the region.

Mark spent 8 fruitful years before his real estate career in the construction industry, encompassing different roles from a specialist contractor to consultancy works to project development. The nature of the job immersed Mark in an intense & demanding work culture that instill in him a distinct, unnerving work ethic that will prepare him perfectly for a career in real estate.

What sets Mark's professional service apart is his affable personalised approach. With Mark's prudent detailing of your needs, sincere attitude and intricate work ethic, Mark is able to build up a large customer base and subsequently from there referrals & recommendations come by naturally. In fact today much of Mark's business is built on referrals as he continue his mission to render complete professional real estate services to people who are entrusting in him to help them with major decisions in their lives. Mark current portfolio includes servicing his corporate clientele base in finding suitable accommodations or good investment real estate deals. With his in-depth knowledge of the local property market as well excellent inter-personal skills, he is able to consistently provide top-notch advice to his clients. His efforts have not gone unnoticed as he has been regularly rewarded with Top Division Directors awards in ERA Monthly Achievers Awards.

Mark has been rising up the management ranks in the company so rapidly that had resulted in him being promoted 3 times in the last 5 years to almost the highest agency leadership role of Advisory Group Division Director. In 2022, Mark was appointed Senior Director of Agency, a new appointment that sees him integrate into a higher management role together with a team of senior leaders in the company. He is currently managing one of the largest team of experienced, new and dynamic real estate agents in the company, specializing in various sectors of the real estate market. Mark works very closely with the top brass of the agency business, namely CEO Marcus Chu, Deputy CEO Doris Ong.
