In 2008 I arrived in Singapore as an expatriate with my husband and 2 sons. Started with Expat Living Realtor in 2008, helping hundreds of newly relocated Expatriates to find homes in CBD, River Valley, Orchard, so you can rely on me to know the best homes available. I also worked in larger organizations at ERA Realty, Propnex Realty and Savills Residential Realty to gain more sales training selling at launch/brand new apartments/condos and helping many Singaporean clients to buy and sell landed houses and apartments.
Most recently post covid, I also gained experienced in the Commercial sector, helping clients rent/ buy/ sell commercial properties for clients who were looking for good investments with the lowest ABSD.
I like to work fast and save customers time, outlining the best value homes available, preparing the best viewing schedules and research for clients. I do normally know which area/condo/works for clients, before they do, as I have visited over 1000 units.
