Worked in Singapore since 2008 in Real Estate, almost 17 years of experience, sold over 60 homes, rented over 100 homes.

My experience of working in customer service for the past 30 years is evident with my friendly personality, confidence, customer care, talking clients through step by step for sales/rentals/ and a strong network of Singapore homeowners who trust me to rent out their homes.

In 2008 I arrived in Singapore as an expatriate with my husband and 2 sons with extensive sales and real estate experience. My first job was working for Expat Living Magazine Realtors in 2008, helping hundreds of newly relocated Expatriates to find homes in CBD, River Valley, Orchard, so you can rely on me to know the best homes available. I understand all the districts within Singapore, locations, and types of properties but prefer Central and East Coast.

I also worked within teams at ERA Realty, Propnex Realty and Savills Residential Realty to gain more sales training and experience selling brand new apartments/condos and helping many Singaporean clients to buy and sell landed houses and apartments.

Most recently post covid, I also gained experienced in the Commercial sector, helping clients rent/ buy/ sell commercial properties for clients who were looking for good investments with the lowest ABSD. Hugely popular and offers good rental yield.


I like to work fast and save customers time, outlining the best value homes available, preparing the best viewing schedules and research for clients. I do normally know which area/condo/works for clients, before they do, as I have visited over 1000 units.

I do live and specialize in East Coast, D15 and D16 for resale and sold over 50 homes. I have lived in the East Coast for 17 years.

Most well known in D16 at Kew Green condo; sold over 34 homes here introducing expats to the unique concept to buy a large 3000 sqft townhouse within a condo, foreigners are eligible to buy at Kew Green, so I guide them through the whole process.


I Sold landed homes from $5 million to $8.8 million in Siglap and Serangoon Gardens.
