Hi, I’m Marcus Tan, Associate Group Director with PropNex Realty.
For more than 16 years, I have had the privilege of helping homeowners, buyers, investors, landlords and tenants navigate one of the most important financial decisions in their lives – property.
Over the years, I have assisted clients across HDB, private residential, landed, commercial and industrial properties. While transactions are important, I believe my role goes beyond helping clients buy or sell a property. My responsibility is to provide honest advice, clear communication and practical solutions that help my clients make informed decisions.
My philosophy has always been simple: put people before transactions.
I have always believed that clients can tell when an agent genuinely cares about their interests. Likewise, they can tell when an agent is focused only on closing a deal. For this reason, I place great importance on understanding my clients’ needs, concerns and long-term goals before recommending any course of action.
There have been occasions where I advised homeowners not to sell because I felt it was not in their best interest at that point in time. While this may not always result in an immediate transaction, I believe that doing what is right for my clients is more important than closing a deal.
I am not a believer in hard selling. Instead, I focus on helping my clients understand their options, identify opportunities and make decisions with clarity and confidence. Every homeowner’s situation is unique, and every property journey deserves careful consideration.
Many of my clients continue to return years later for advice, referrals and assistance through different stages of their property journey. I am grateful for the trust they have placed in me and remain committed to serving every client with sincerity, professionalism and integrity.
